New trends in Pakistani politics

Pakistan is on its way to a half-caste vote in the Senate in the first week of March. However, Pakistan's rapidly changing political situation in January-March 2018 may have serious implications for the future of democracy.

The PMLN government faced strong political pressures in January 2017 and the first half of January 2018. PTI held several successful public meetings for several months in various parts of the country and PPP leadership made strong announcements on PMLN leadership. The return of Drs. Tahirul Qadri in Pakistan and his decision to challenge the Punjab government over the assassination of his supporters in June 2014 is PMLN chief.

The PMLN is concerned about the decision of the main opposition parties, including PTI, PPP, and PMLQ to hold a public meeting with Dr. PAT. Tahirul Qadri Lahore on January 17, 2018. Despite strong discussions at this public meeting of the PMLN government in both the federal and Punjab governments, it is unlikely to have a significant impact on political games as political parties do not fully integrate their workforce. In addition, the idea was given by several opposition leaders ahead of a national meeting that the party's top leaders would announce the abolition of Balochistan, Sindh and KP regional assemblies. This is not the case, further weakening the opposition's sign.

Within two weeks of the opposition rally in Lahore, Drs. Tahirul Qadri had a speech tour overseas. His absence in Pakistan for several weeks eased the opposition's pressure on the government.

All of these provide breathing space for PMLNs who take this opportunity by appealing to popular appeal in central and northern Punjab. It has held several public meetings in various places, including one in Peshawar. When these meetings are well attended, they demonstrate the power of the PMLN organization and its potential for public meetings.

These improvements have helped PMLN leaders regain their confidence. The PMLN's leading leaders have embraced the political positions of the highest court leaders in particular and the military in general. Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz took part in the appalling Supreme Court case, especially the unqualified judge Nawaz Sharif. Other PMLN leaders also rebelled against strong opposition and right-wing MPs.

The purpose of the public hearing and strong statement was to show support to the PMLN under normal circumstances, to create pressure on the high court and to prevent the Accounting Court from imposing adverse judgments on pending cases. continued to oppose Nawaz Sharif and his family. PMLN leaders have proposed to sue the court for street protests if Nawaz Sharif is found guilty by the Court of Appeal.

As the high court's PMLN sentencing increased, the Chief Justice of the High Court addressed the issues in several interviews at the Bar Council, stressing that the court acted in the spirit of the Constitution and the law. and that it favors the continuation of democracy as enshrined in the Constitution.

To end the PMLN's assault in the High Court, the Supreme Court dismissed the criminal case against PMLN Senator Nehal Hashmi, who had been waiting for months. Hashmi was charged and sent to prison for a month and cleared as a member of the Senate. Two other ministers in the PMLN cooperative government, known for their anti-legal and anti-military punishments, have been subjected to blasphemy in court notices. This lowered the PMLN's high court. However, it is clear that the PMLN wants to be involved in the political struggle against military and military judges.

Would it be interesting to examine whether the Supreme Court offered the same contempt of court notice to Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz or waited for their bribe and money to be settled by the Court?

Independent political observers are more concerned about the PMLN campaign led by Nawaz Sharif himself, blaspheming the supreme court, and the military as a whole. Attacks on two government institutions weakened the government system. The irony of the situation is that the PMLN has a state and regional government in Punjab but also plays a part in the opposition by denouncing both governments.

Regular judges Supreme Court judges Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz explained that Nawaz Sharif wanted the Supreme Court to begin dismissing the court case against him which in his view could divert his attention in the criminal case against him and his family.

In view of the PMLN's death date, the possibility of collapse without judgment of the Court of Appeal on the street cannot be excluded, regardless of whether he likes, or rejects, Nawaz Sharif and his family...

Does the PMLN government at the federal level and in Punjab uphold the judgment of the Accounting Court if it evaluates its leaders? Does the PMLN government refuse to use its judgment or delay its implementation to give Nawaz Sharif time to appeal to the Supreme Court?

So what is the opinion of the Punjab government if the PMLN decides to file a street protest against the adverse judgment of the Accountability Court? It is highly probable that if the PMLN protests, opposition parties, and especially PTI, will oppose protests that will result in a disastrous roadblock between the PMLN and the opposition. In which case are the options available to the Superior Court and the military? Whether they will sit and wait for political parties to resolve their issues or take initiative to investigate possible confusion arising from the government's war.

Another way for the PMLN is to accept the harsh judgment and seek to win the general election. If they succeed, they can amend the Constitution and the law in Parliament to ensure Nawaz Sharif's return to active politics and to assure him of the supreme court and military power.

No one is certain that this stage will blow the political wind in Pakistan in the coming months.
